Quiet Days are guided mini-retreats designed to create prayerful space for silence, reflection, and spiritual renewal in our busy lives. These day-long gatherings offer a light breakfast and lunch, two thoughtfully prepared prayer guides rooted in scripture, free time to nap, rest or walk and group gatherings directed by me at the opening and closing of the day.
Each Quiet Day has a specific theme or focus, but all share the common purpose of helping participants slow down, listen deeply, and connect with the presence of God in their lives. Whether you're experienced in contemplative practices or new to spiritual reflection, Quiet Days provide accessible entry points to deepen your relationship with God.
